CenturyLink can now offer cloud computing platforms and managed services to Utah’s public sector organizations via multistate cooperative procurement vehicle managed by the National Association of State Procurement Officials.
The company said Tuesday its software, infrastructure and platform-as-a-service offerings are available to Utah agencies as part of the NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions Master Agreement.
Gray Sigler, director of CenturyLink’s state, local government and education business, said the company aims to help agencies protect sensitive data through its cloud service.
The ValuePoint contract offers participating state agencies, counties, cities and school districts access to multiple commercial cloud offerings.
