ManTech to Help Army Build Cyber Training Platform; Kevin Phillips Quoted

ManTech International will collaborate with three other companies to build a prototype for the U.S. Army‘s Persistent Cyber Training Environment under an “other transaction” agreement with Consortium Management Group.

ManTech said Tuesday it will integrate its software, cyber and systems engineering experience with learning management platforms and infrastructure development expertise of Ultimate Knowledge Institute, C5 Cyber Partners and other non-traditional defense subcontractors to develop a cloud-based PCTE platform.

Kevin Phillips, ManTech president and CEO, said the company is excited to collaborate with non-traditional contractors to advance innovation in support of U.S. forces’ cyber warfighting efforts.

“This collaborative effort will join ManTech’s proven strengths with the core capabilities of our partners, culminating in the Army’s biggest cyber program,” added Phillips, a two-time Wash100 recipient.

ManTech is a member of Consortium for Command, Control and Communications in Cyberspace managed by CMG.

The ManTech-led team will take part in four “Cyber Innovation Challenges” at the Army’s Florida-based PCTE DevOps facility in the next two years as part of prototype work.
