
The General Services Administration has selected ECS Federal to compete for information technology support orders through the 10-year, $50 billion Alliant 2 governmentwide acquisition vehicle.
George Wilson, ECS president and a 2018 Wash100 recipient, said in a statement released Thursday the contract offers the Fairfax, Va.-based company new opportunities to serve the Defense Department and other federal civilian customers.
IT service offerings under Alliant 2 include:
- Big data
- Cloud computing
- Cybersecurity
- Agile development
- Biometrics and identity management
- Sensors and radio frequency identification
- Data center consolidation
- Software development
- Internet of things
ECS is one of the 61 companies that won spots on the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
