Harry McMahon, a former executive chairman at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, has joined the board of directors at Parsons.
The 32-year investment banking veteran has assisted corporations and institutions in strategic and financial activities that have include mergers and acquisitions, Parsons said Tuesday.
Parsons Chairman and CEO Chuck Harrington said McMahon brings M&A experience as the company aims to integrate technology into its defense, security and infrastructure services.
McMahon serves as a senior adviser and director at the G100 Companies consortium, which offers advice and learning support to CEOs.
He is the chairman of California Resources Corp.‘s compensation committee and an independent director at the Cottage Health System, Claremont McKenna College and Henry R. Kravis Leadership Institute.
