Design Knowledge Co. has received a potential seven-year, $24.9 million contract to conduct applied and advanced research efforts under the U.S. Air Force‘s Innovative Cyber/Infrastructure Threat Assessment Environment Mission Assurance program.
The program seeks to advance evaluation and assurance of microelectronic components, assurance test and verification methods, situational awareness for mission assurance and insider threats, mission-critical systems protection and decision support for cybersecurity vulnerability assessments, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
USAF awarded the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract after a Small Business Innovation Research III solicitation and will obligate $2.7 million at the time of award.
Work will take place at at Wright-Patterson AF Base in Ohio through June 5, 2025.
