DXC Technology has launched a platform as a service designed to help organizations speed up the development and deployment of applications across private, public and hybrid environments.
The DXC Managed Container PaaS powered by Red Hat OpenShift works to help developers build, manage and field containerized apps through a single platform and can be integrated with DXC’s managed security and cloud-based app development tools, DXC said Monday.
The service leverages DXC’s Bionix platform that works to accelerate the deployment of cloud-native apps to market and comes with a DevSecOps tool chain and automation capability to support evolving business requirements.
DXC Managed Container PaaSÂ has incident management, backup and recovery, monitoring, patching and performance reporting functions and is designed to support app creation and delivery across IT development and operations teams.
The launch of the service marks the company’s partnership with Red Hat through the DXC Partner Network.
