Boeing has received an $18.8 million delivery order to integrate Tactical Operational Flight Trainer sensor software updates to U.S. Navy F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft.
The company will also identify requirements, install updated software, provide complementary spare parts and perform other related services under the delivery order, the Defense Department said Thursday.
Work will take place at locations in Texas, Missouri, California, Florida, Maryland, Washington, Virginia and Japan through July 2021.
The service branch will obligate the order’s entire amount upon awarding.
The Naval Air Warfare Center’s Training Systems Division issued the delivery order.
