Maxar Technologies‘ Radiant Solutions business will continue to help the Army Geospatial Center engineer systems and develop software for the Remote Ground Terminal program under a $2.6 million follow-on contract.
Radiant Solutions said Thursday it helped the center develop the RGT platform for the U.S. Army to access geospatial data when the service branch performs military, humanitarian and disaster relief missions.
The terminal works to process remote sensing data from commercial satellites’Â optical and synthetic aperture radars.
Herndon, Virginia-based Radiant Solutions uses sensors, open-source software, machine learning, analytics and cloud computing tools to help customers obtain insights and intelligence data for their missions.
