Motorola Solutions has rolled out three products the company designed to help first responders communicate via land-mobile radio and long-term evolution networks.
LEX L11 is designed to support global broadband networks such as the country’s future emergency broadband network FirstNet, Motorola said Wednesday.
The LTE device works in conjunction with the APX 8500HP portable radio technology and Capture Mobile Camera App.
Motorola developed the Capture Mobile Camera App to help first responders capture images, videos and audio and upload them to the company’s CommandCentral Vault storage built to store digital evidence.
APX 8500HP is a 110-watt mobile radio designed to operate with other company-made devices and facilitate communications in disaster response and rural operations.
Motorola will showcase the three products during the International Wireless Communications Expo 2018 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
