The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has detailed the contractor support services requirement of its security and intelligence directorate through a presolicitation notice posted Wednesday on the FedBizOpps website.
DARPA SID needs support to develop, implement, maintain and continuously update programs to help the agency secure its workforce, information and properties, according to the notice.
The requirement covers counterterrorism and emergency management; transportation; uniformed, physical and technical security and Visitor Welcome Center/DARPA Conference Center support services.
DARPA added its contracts management office will conduct a competitive acquisition process to eligible 8(a) certified small disadvantaged businesses and accept responses to the Security Guards and Patrol Services requirement through April 23.
The agency anticipates the contract to include one base year and four one-year options.
