The company will manufacture, test, deliver, manage and support Common Data Link Hawklink AN/SRQ-4 systems under the contract, the Defense Department said Monday.
Work will occur in various U.S. states and Toronto, Canada, through August 2019.
The Navy received one offer for the contract via an electronic solicitation process and will obligate the full contract amount at the time of award.
