Matthew Dunn, a 20-year FBI veteran, has joined Kroll as associate managing director within its cybersecurity and investigations practice in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kroll said Tuesday Dunn most recently led the bureau’s Nashville-based cyber crimes and counterintelligence squad as a supervisory special agent.
He began his FBI career in 1997 as special agent in the Philadelphia field office and later held roles as supervisory special agent in charge of the Nashville Violent Crime Gang Task Force, supervisory special agent at the terrorist financing operations section in Washington, D.C. and assistant legal attache at the bureau’s Ottawa office.
Dunn also worked as an attorney at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation‘s litigation division and a partner at Howard and Dunn.
He joins fellow FBI veteran Benedetto Demonte, who has recently been named North America leader for Kroll’s cybersecurity and investigations practice.
