Jean Hobby, a 33-year PwC veteran and former global strategy partner of the professional services firm, has been elected to serve on CA Technologies‘ board of directors.
She will also serve on CA Technologies’ audit committee and her appointment will bring the number of board members to 11, the company said Thursday.
Hobby served as PwC global strategy partner for two years before she retired in 2015.
Prior to that, she was the U.S. sector lead for PwC’s technology, media and telecom practice from 2008 to 2013 and chief financial officer of the company from 2005 to 2008.
She is also currently a member of the boards at Texas Instruments and at Integer Holdings, formerly called Greatbatch.
