Accenture has won a potential 57-month, $29 million task order to modernize a system the Department of Veterans Affairs uses to manage VA-guaranteed loans for former military personnel.
The company said Thursday its federal services business will update current VA Office of Information and Technology systems to include new web-interface and integration tools designed to automatically load events and updates from mortgage servicers.
Shawn Roman, an AFS managing director, said that redesigning the VALERI system will help the Veterans Benefits Administration integrate new technology and business intelligence planning tools into the department’s loan servicing process.
The company will also build a cloud platform based on the Salesforce model to support the VA loan oversight system’s case management and workflow functions.
Phoenix Oversight Group, Actualize Consulting and Liberty IT Solutions will serve as subcontractors to AFS on the VALERI-R order.
The order has a $16.3 million base value over 18 months.
