The Great Place to Work Institute has certified Reston, Virginia-based government contractor Whitney Bradley & Brown as a “great workplace.”
WBB said Thursday it received the designation after independent analysts conducted an anonymous survey of the company’s employees.
Beth Skoletsky, vice president of human resources at WBB, said the company aims “to provide a culture and environment that offers opportunities for growth both professionally and personally.”
She added the company’s Employee Engagement Council also offers insight to the management team and oversees company and community service activities.
WBB offers consulting and program management services to the Defense Department and U.S. federal agencies.
Great Place to Work provides expertise, benchmarks and framework through the organization’s certification programs, assessment tools and advisory services.
