Kratos Defense and Security Solutions has received multiple orders for unmanned aerial vehicles and related systems worth a combined $3.2 million.
Kratos said Wednesday its modular systems division will produce drones and other system products at multiple production facilities for undisclosed customers.
Thomas Mills, president of Kratos MSD, said that the business aims to support the security of the U.S. and allied nations as well as expand footprint in the aerial drone and ballistic missile defense markets.
MDS builds specialized products for missile, radar, surface combatant, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear and high explosive protective systems.
