The Internal Revenue Service has launched a market research effort to explore potential industry sources of support services for IRS’ Information Technology Enterprise Program Management Office.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Wednesday says the agency wants to know the availability, capability and interests of companies to help the IT EPMO plan, manage and execute projects.
Scope of work includes program management, release management, program integration, enterprise testing, organizational change management, business analysis, contingency management, cybersecurity and applications development.
Potential contractors will be asked to help IRS define, manage and execute plans to develop IT services and platforms intended to address the agency’s current and future business requirements.
IRS looks to procure the services through performance-based, firm-fixed-price task orders under a possible multiple-award contract vehicle.
Responses are due Feb. 26.
