Charter Trading has agreed to market and sell IronClad Encryption-built mobile phone and networking products to U.S. military and government clients.
IronClad designed its ICE phone and ICEMicro software offerings to help customers secure data and communications, the company said Thursday.
JD McGraw, CEO of IronClad Encryption, said the company seeks to offer its technology platforms to the special operations community through Defense Intelligence Agency request for proposals.
Kemah, Texas-based Charter Trading currently serves as a member of multiple defense industry teams that hold positions on the ITES02S, NETCENTS, SeaPort-E and Communication and Transmission Systems acquisition vehicles.
Charter Trading has also worked as a subcontractor to AT&T, DynCorp International, L3 Technologies, Harris, Hughes Network Systems, Lockheed Martin, Loral and UltiSat.
L3’s missile integration division previously mentored Charter Trading through DoD’s mentor-protege program.
