T. Kevin Carroll, president of The Kevin Carroll Group and a three-decade government service veteran, will serve as a member of Blackridge’s advisory board.
Carroll previously served in the U.S. Army as a program executive officer for enterprise information systems.
Rhett Hernandez, president of CyberLens and a retired Army lieutenant general, will join the board as a member.
His 40-year military career included time as commander of the Army Cyber Command, deputy chief of staff for Army operations and chief of the human resources command and operations division.
Cindy Moran, president and managing partner of information technology consulting firm Pikes Way, has been named to the government advisory board.
