Atec has received a potential four-year, $80.3 million contract to help the U.S. Air Force repair engine test stands.
The company will fix platforms the service branch uses to conduct intermediate maintenance test and evaluation of aircraft units, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
Contract work will occur in the U.S. and various locations overseas through Jan. 21, 2022.
The Air Force will obligate fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance funds upon issuance of task orders.
Stafford, Texas-based Atec offers design, manufacturing, construction, procurement, maintenance and field services to the aerospace and energy sectors.
