Noblis has been included on The Washington Post’s annual list of 150 top workplaces in the greater Washington, D.C. area for the fourth consecutive year.
The nonprofit science and technology company said Tuesday it ranked eighth among large employers selected for the list based on the results of an employee survey Workplace Dynamics conducted for The Post.
“Employee satisfaction is a crucial part of our culture, and we are truly honored to place on this list as a direct result of our employees’ feedback,” said Jean Cain, vice president and chief human resources officer of Noblis.
The company noted its workforce has increased from 600 to more than 1,000 employees over the past five years.
Noblis is one of 150 honorees that received a “Top Workplaces” award during a ceremony held at the publication’s headquarters.
