David Boyle, a 17-year General Dynamics veteran, has joined Salient CRGT as vice president of design and technology innovation within the civilian services group’s enterprise transformation division.
Salient CRGT said Wednesday it also appointed Craig Park, formerly director of civilian accounts at REI Systems, as VP of growth and operations.
“We are excited to bring David and Craig on board as we continue to support the [U.S. Postal Service’s] overall mission,” said Mark Colturi, senior VP of civilian services group at Salient CRGT.
Boyle will oversee technology expansion efforts in support of USPS and bring his three decades’ experience in technical update and business process development to the role.
He previously worked at General Dynamics’ information technology business as program director of IT and was responsible for teams that provided technology and management support to USPS.
Park will lead daily operations of a group of software developers as well as manage the implementation of best practices related to DevOps and agile methodologies.
Prior to REI Systems, Park served as VP of public sector at RCM Technologies and held leadership roles at Sapphire Technologies and Adecco Technical.
