Duncan McNabb, co-founder and managing partner of Ares Mobility Solutions and a retired U.S. Air Force general, has been elected to serve on AAR‘s board of directors.
AAR said Tuesday McNabb commanded the Air Mobility Command and the U.S. Tranpsortation Command before he retired from the military in 2011.
“We look forward to benefiting from Duncan’s insights gained over his 37 years of distinguished service to the U.S. government,” David Storch, chairman, president and CEO of AAR.
McNabb currently serves as a board member at A.T. Kearney‘s public sector and defense services business, Atlas Air Worldwide and Elbit Systems of America.
He also served as vice chief of staff at the Air Force and as the Defense Department‘s distribution process owner who managed end-to-end supply chain, transportation and distribution to U.S. armed forces around the world.
