Chris McGee, senior client partner at Korn Ferry‘s Hay Group division, has joined the board of trustees of scientific research and engineering services contractor Noblis.
Amr ElSawy, Noblis president and CEO, said in a statement released Monday McGee brings his experience in governance practices and compensation to the board as the company works to grow its operations and workforce.
McGee’s career prior to Korn Ferry includes time at Northrop Grumman as vice president of compensation and benefits, lead partner for Mercer’s Washington compensation advisory business and partner in charge of the human capital practice for the east at EY, formerly called Ernst & Young.
He also served as a witness on compensation issues in various hearings of several agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Defense Contract Audit Administration, National Labor Relations Board and Public Utility Rate Commission.
