Mitre Corp. has ranked in San Antonio Express-News’ Top Workplaces list for 2016 in recognition of the company’s efforts to provide a working environment that addresses employee needs.
The company said Monday it received positive reviews from its employees for its benefits package, work-life balance and work motivation.
“We are excited to be considered one of the best places to work in San Antonio,” said Julie Gravallese, vice president and chief human resources officer at Mitre.
She added that the company works to provide its employees benefit and educational opportunities as they work to address the nation’s challenges.
The Express-News‘ 2016 Top Workplaces survey sought to measure the collective view of employees on their company’s direction, execution, employee connection, workload and responsibility, management and pay and benefits.
