Comtech Telecommunications has received a $13.4 million order to provide very small aperture terminal satellite systems and associated services for the U.S. Army.
The company said Monday its government solutions segment will supply the military branch with secret internet protocol router and non-secure internet protocol router access point VSAT satellite equipment under the order.
Comtech added the Army project manager for the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Commercial Satellite Terminal Program will finance the procurement through the Global Tactical Advanced Communication Systems contract vehicle.
The company has received $62.8 million in funded orders under its potential $91 million contract with the Army.
