A United Arab Emirates-based aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services provider has developed a network infrastructure based on Juniper Networks-built switching, security and network management technology.
Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center adopted Juniper’s SRX Series Services Gateways, EX Series Ethernet Switches and Junos Space Management Platform to manage the performance, scalability and capacity of AMMROC operations, Juniper said Wednesday.
AMMROC utilized Juniper’s open network approach to support the implementation of cloud-based applications.
Samer Kudsi, sales director for Juniper’s operations in the Middle East and North Africa, said the company’s technology platforms will work to help AMMROC provide support to UAE military customers.
Eyad Al Sahli, head of information technology at AMMROC, added that Juniper shares AMMROC’s commitment and helps future-proof the latter’s network through technologies designed to aid operations.
AMMROC is a joint venture between Mubadala Development Co., Lockheed Martin and Sikorsky.
