Vencore has selected the cloud platform offering of talent management firm Saba Software to speed up the company’s human resource development efforts in a move to sustain business delivery to federal clients.
Saba Cloud has led to several benefits for Vencore such as a 97 percent compliance rate in delivery and tracking through Saba’s cloud-based tool for employee information access and the Saba Workday Connector, Saba said Tuesday.
Vencore says it has been able to reduce labor costs, with 120 hours saved in between its ethics and compliance and talent development departments months after the Saba Cloud implementation.
Vencore also used Saba Cloud to distribute up to 12 compliance training classes for team members quarterly and to reduce year-end consulting revenue drop.
The company also developed a six-module program manager training to help customer-facing leaders with business, financial system, employee engagement, contracts, procurement and workplace planning development practices.
Paige Newcombe, chief customer officer at Saba, said Vencore was able to meet requirements and develop its employees with Saba Cloud.
