Sapient Government Services, a Publicis.Sapient subsidiary, and Luminoso Technologies have forged a marketing alliance that aims to use artificial intelligence technology to help federal customers transform data into actionable insights.
SGS said Tuesday Luminoso’s software utilizes natural language processing and machine learning to analyze text data and transform language into mathematical vectors using the ConceptNet open-source semantic knowledge base, which was developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Media Lab.
“The US government is dedicated to delivering cost-effective services and solutions to citizens in a time of digital disruption which requires new ways of thinking and working centered around data,†said Teresa Bozzelli, SGS president.
Bozzelli added the partnership seeks to help customer agencies understand data in real time so that their personnel can address citizens’ needs.
SGS merges strategic consulting and creative services with the latest advancements in technology in a push to modify how government agencies interact with citizens and companies.
