AT&T will continue to provide integrated communications platforms to federal customers after the company received a pair of contract extensions under the General Services Administration‘s network services procurement vehicle.

GSA extended the company’s Networx Universal contract through March 2020 and its Networx Enterprise contract through May 2020, AT&T said Tuesday.

The government aims to launch the new Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions GWAC vehicle as a follow-on to the Networx program in early 2017.

Mike Leff, vice president of AT&T’s government solutions business for civilian agencies, said the company seeks to help customer agencies transition to the EIS vehicle.

The future EIS contract will have a potential $50 billion ceiling value over 15 years.
