LJT & Associates has received a $54 million indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to continue to help NASA manage the space agency’s launch facility in Wallops Island, Virginia.
NASA said Saturday that JLT will extend the company’s operations support at Wallops Flight Facility from Oct. 1, 2016 to March 31, 2018 under the “bridge” contract.
Work covers radar, telemetry, logistics, tracking and communication services as well as information and computer systems testing and modification, electronic systems installation and range technology sustainment engineering services.
The agency expects to finalize a follow-on Wallops Flight Facility support contract by the end of March 2018.
Columbia, Maryland-based LJT & Associates offers reconfigurable transceiver, autonomous flight safety system, command and telemetry transceiver, satellite telemetry processor and frame synchronizer, satellite telemetry data recorder and compact command and telemetry processor products to civil and defense customers.
