CACI International Executive Chairman Jack London gave the opening keynote address for the U.S. Army Cadet Command Mission Command Workshop held Friday in Fort Knox, Kentucky.
CACI said Tuesday London’s speech entitled “The Character Investment” addressed case studies and observations from more than 40 years of military and industry experience on how good character and ethics will play a role in the development of the next generation of military leaders.
“Attitude, integrity, and accountability are three attributes of a person’s character that are the most useful to understand and to develop in individuals,†said London.
Ken Asbury, CACI president and CEO, said London’s effect on the culture of ethics and integrity of the company has helped CACI with its mission to provide information systems to its customers.
London also discussed character-based leadership and how character affects the mentoring relationship for the Women’s Mentorship Program that works to offer personal and professional growth through female mentorship open to all military, civilians and retirees within Fort Knox’s surrounding community.
