The Information Technology Industry Council has named several executives to lead its public sector, environment and sustainability, and global policy teams in an effort to expand ITI’s advocacy programs within the technology industry.
ITI said Wednesday Jonathan Clifford, formerly senior policy adviser to Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-New Jersey), will serve as director of national security at ITI’s public sector division ITAPS.
Erica Logan, who previously held the roles of sustainability program manager and environment, health and safety regulatory affairs manager at Xerox; and Alexandria McBride, former manager at the nongovernmental organization The Engine Room; will both serve as directors of environment and sustainability at ITI.
Cody Ankeny, former combat engineer officer at the U.S. Marine Corps, has been appointed global policy manager of digital trade and forced localization at ITI.
ITI also named Sana Ali, former Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers NextGen fellow and advisory board member at the Internet Legislation Atlas project, as global policy manager for cybersecurity and privacy issues.
