The Department of the Navy can buy professional services using the General Services Administration‘s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services and OASIS Small Business contracts under a memorandum of understanding signed between GSA and DON’s Naval Supply Systems Command.
GSA said Thursday the agreement offers the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps access to commercial and non-commercial program management, consulting, logistics, engineering, financial and scientific services through the procurement vehicle.
The agency officially launched OASIS and OASIS SB for governmentwide use in September 2014 after the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims rejected all protests related to both contracts.
Seventy-four companies won spots on the unrestricted portion of the GWAC program and another 125 industry teams were awarded small business positions.
