CapgeminiCapgemini‘s U.S. government subsidiary will relocate its Washington, D.C. and Reston, Virginia operations to a consolidated headquarters site in Tysons Corner, Virginia under a lease transaction.

Commercial real estate advisory firm Serten Advisors said Tuesday that Capgemini Government Solutions will occupy 15,301 square feet of office space at the new 1765 Greensboro Station Place location that is adjacent to the Metrorail Silver Line’s Greensboro station.

“We have added over 100 new employees in the first half of this year, and we expect to see continued growth,” said Capgemini Government Solutions CEO Doug Lane.

“Having a consolidated office space enhances our ability to work across market teams in the DC metro region,” Lane added.

Serten Advisors worked with Capgemini Government Solutions to complete the lease transaction for the move and Bethesda, Maryland-based real estate investment firm The Meridian Group owns the headquarters site.
