Fairfax, Virginia-based technology services contractor Sevatec has appointed industry veterans Jaswinder Matharu and Richard Roth to the company’s board of advisers.
Matharu, a 20-year federal market veteran, led data warehousing and analytics firm Agilis International as president and CEO before its acquisition by Infogix in 2014, Sevatec said Wednesday.
He also previously held the roles of CEO, chief operating officer and chief technology officer at software company Sotas Inc. after he served as president and chief executive of Strategic Signaling Systems & Networks.
Roth served as chief financial officer at QSS Group and helped negotiate and close the sale of the federal information technology services contractor to the former Perot Systems.
The 30-year GovCon veteran also worked in senior finance positions at Intellisource, Sprint, Hughes Network Systems and Price Waterhouse LLP.
