Adam Petrovsky, formerly U.S. government and education area vice president at Dimension Data, has joined IT and managed services provider Logicalis US as practice leader for government and education.
Logicalis said Tuesday Petrovsky will be responsible for the company’s K12 education, higher education, local government and state government go-to-market strategy, as well as the GovEd practice’s business plans.
He will also work with internal management teams to update Logicalis GovEd services for the U.S. market, oversee client engagement and vendor relationships, as well as support clients on contracts, policies and programs.
“Adam brings over two decades of experience in IT and a particular affinity for matching winning technology solutions to pressing public sector issues,” said Mike Martin, Logicalis US senior vice president for solutions and services.
Logicalis’ GovEd practice portfolio covers technology evaluations, advisory support, technology sales and implementation and professional services.
