Salient CRGT has elevated John Edgar, former company vice president and chief strategist for information technology transformation, as a senior VP while Kevin Bahumian and Anuj Mathur have been promoted to the roles of vice president from their former directorial positions.
The software development and technology services company said Thursday Edgar will continue to manage Salient’s innovation centers and provide leadership over work to develop IT offerings.
Edgar joined Salient from the U.S. Postal Service, where he served as IT vice president.
“These individuals exemplify our culture through their excellent leadership, thoughtful technical solutions, and mentoring of other employees,” said Salient President Tom Ferrando.
Bahumian formerly served as Salient’s practice director where he lead business process management and data analytics engagements for the U.S. Courts and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He also worked at Capgemini Government Solutions as business information management practice lead.
Mathur joined Salient as director of operations after serving as senior manager of advisory services at Ernst & Young and as chief information officer at the World Bank‘s Consultative Group to Assist the Poor.
At Salient, Mathur leads the federal health practice that entails oversight of data analytics and business engagements for the Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration and National Institutes of Health.
