NCR has received a second Supplier Performance Award from the U.S. Postal Service which recognizes the company’s supply chain management and customer service support for post offices across the U.S.
The Duluth, Georgia-based company said Wednesday it accepted the distinction June 29 during the 2015 Supplier Performance Awards ceremony and reception at the USPS Headquarters Building in Washington.
“NCR takes great pride in its long-standing partnership with the USPS, and we hope to build on our partnership for many years,” said Stan Ratcliffe, president of NCR’s government systems segment.
Ratcliffe added the award reflects NCR’s commitment to support USPS through customer service, systems and software that aid post office operations nationwide.
NCR’s service desk was cited at the ceremony for its support to USPS in addressing enterprise-wide technical issues, the company noted.
