Vencore has secured the first task order to provide mission support to the U.S. Cyber Command under a potential five-year, $460 million contract vehicle the company won a position on.
The order is worth $89 million and the company is scheduled to commence work in June, Vencore said Wednesday.
“We are honored to expand our support and expertise to this critical component of national security.” noted Vencore CEO Mac Curtis.
Other awardees on Cybercom’s $460 million operations support contract include Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI International, KEYW Corp., Science Applications International Corp. and Secure Mission Solutions.
