DCascades Technologies Appoints Jose Rivera as Corporate Strategy Director

Cascades Technologies has named Jose Rivera as director of corporate strategy and he will oversee market assessments, business growth strategies and efforts to align the company portfolio with business objectives.

CTi said Wednesday Rivera joins the company from Chugach Government Solutions, where he helped develop the company’s cyber portfolio as director of cyber strategy.

“Mr. Rivera brings the background and experience to propel us to the next level,” said CTI CEO Alfredo Casta.

“His vision, insight and innovative thinking are attributes that complement our team.”

Rivera served for 25 years in the U.S. Air Force as a commissioned officer in the fields of communications, cyber and political-military affairs at squadron, group, wing, major command, air staff, unified and combined command levels.

He worked as deputy director of cyber operations at Air Force headquarters before he joined industry.
