BMC‘s cloud-based digital service management application has been certified under the U.S. governmentwide Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program that makes the product available to federal agencies.
The Agriculture Department-sponsored Remedy OnDemand service for federal agencies will use the FedRAMP-certified Amazon Web Services cloud to provide IT service management options to help clients meet mission requirements, BMC said Wednesday.
“Security is top of mind for our customers, which is why it’s our number one priority,” said Max Peterson, general manager of partners, capture and contracts for AWS’ worldwide public sector business.
Remedy OnDemand is designed to offer users management functions over changes, assets, services, configurations and custom application access license.
