SteelCloud will offer its Security Technical Implementation Guide-compliant remediation system for Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux via a new five-year Federal Supply Schedule contract awarded by the General Services Administration.
The company said Thursday the ConfigOS system is a client-less technology that works to perform STIG scans on up to 5,000 endpoints and remediate up to 3,000 endpoints per hour.
SteelCloud CEO Brian Hajost said its offering of ConfigOS to federal customers aims to help manage their compliance to the Defense Information Systems Agency‘s STIG standards.
The latest version of ConfigOS is designed to include STIG support for Windows 10 and Linux 7, SteelCloud said.
