Brian McCauley, formerly a deputy assistant director and special agent at FBI, has joined the advisory board of Brainwave Science, a provider of brain fingerprinting technology.
The 30-year U.S. government veteran was most recently responsible for FBI’s international operations in more than 100 countries and for the agency’s legal attache offices, Brainwave Science said Friday.
Krishna Ika, chairman and CEO of Brainwave Science, said McCauley’s interagency and international work include the the anti- corruption task force and the Joint Counter-Improvised Explosive Device task force.
“Brian’s 30 years of broad experience at the FBI will add a valuable perspective to our advisory board,†added Ika.
McCauley has also served as the associate deputy director of the National Clandestine Service for Intelligence Community Human Intelligence operations.
He is a recipient of the NCS Donovan Award, FBI Director’s Award, Ellis Island Medal of Honor and the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Director’s Award.
