The Ethisphere Institute has named Concurrent Technologies Corp. as part of the institute’s list of the World’s “Most Ethical Companies” of 2016 under the scientific and technical services category.
This year’s recognition marks the fourth time CTC received the honor, which recognizes companies that work to align actions with principle and build trust to help shape industry standards and best practices, CTC said Monday.
“Successful organizations keep ethics at the forefront and alive for their employees,” said CTC President and CEO Ed Sheehan.
“We believe that a strong moral code is a key component in earning trust in our Company, both internally and externally.”
Ethisphere uses its Ethics Quotient framework for the annual list to assess how companies fare on ethics and compliance, corporate citizenship and responsibility, culture of ethics, governance and leadership as well as innovation and reputation.
A total of 131 companies are part of this year’s list, CTC said.
