A subsidiary of ManTech International has been awarded a $24.1 million contract for research and development work on a joint-service-oriented system intended to help bolster the U.S. Army’s border security operations.
ManTech SRS Technologies will research an architecture that combines operational data to provide real-time situational information to border security personnel, the Defense Department said Thursday.
The company will perform work in Fairfax, Virginia, through March 10, 2019.
The Army Contracting Command received one proposal for the contract via an Internet-based solicitation.
