The U.S. Coast Guard has awarded eGlobalTech a three-year contract to help the service branch’s management programs and policy division handle Freedom of Information Act-related requests.
Work includes management of FOIA-related inquiries, status updates request and process coordination, eGlobalTech said Tuesday.
The contract also covers support for the management of FOIA appeals, including the assessment of FOIA exemptions, case law research and creation of digests and response letters.
Arlington, Va.-based eGlobalTech is a woman-owned company that works to provide information technology and management consulting services to federal agencies.
