Ankur Ghia serves as a partner at management consulting firm McKinsey & Co.
In this role, he is responsible for sales and corporate strategy development, operational improvement and other strategic consulting-related operations for the company.
Ghia is a 15-year company veteran who has led information technology procurement, performance assessment and modernization programs for the company’s defense and civilian agency clients.
He helped create a 100-day plan for the implementation of government IT reform programs as an adviser to the Obama-Biden Transition Project and as a member of the administration’s technology, innovation and government reform team in 2008.
Ghia previously served as a summer associate at Lazard Freres and as a consultant to the CEO of nonprofit organization Pratham.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
