AT&T has secured a three-year contract to provide mobile devices and related management support services for the Education Department.
The contract covers data and voice services, smartphones and tablet devices, onsite support and mobile device management services, AT&T said Tuesday.
Mike Leff, vice president for civilian agencies at AT&T’s government solutions business, said the company’s mobility platform will work to help the department achieve cost efficiency and improve productivity of its workforce.
The award also includes access to AT&T’s 4G LTE network and cloud-based service designed to manage and view mobile devices through a single console.
