Program management services contractor MCR Federal has won two task orders worth $24.6 million combined to provide financial management and acquisition support for the U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center’s military satellite communications systems directorate.
Each task order contains a base period of performance of three years and was awarded through SMC’s Acquisition and Financial Support indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, MCR Federal said Monday.
“[The task orders] validate our continuing strategy to increase our presence in the space community that is so critical in supporting our warfighters and national defense,” said Neil Albert, vice chairman at MCR Federal.
The financial support award covers planning programming budgeting and execution, cost analysis and estimates, schedule analysis, training, acquisition reporting and earned value management support for Milsatcom.
The acquisition task order includes information technology readiness evaluation, performance reporting, information management and manpower support.
